WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Armed Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for our day-to-day operations. You’ll run the daily workflow, support officers in the field, and ensure each site is secure, professional, and operating smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing schedules for both armed and unarmed officers
Providing hands-on training, field coaching, and mentorship
Stepping in for shift coverage when needed
Leading by example and supporting on-site teams
Responding to incidents and documenting reports through our mobile platform (88Edge)
Patrolling properties on foot or via company vehicle
Communicating clearly with clients and leadership
Florida Class D and G Security Licenses (required)
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Clear written communication skills using a mobile app
Reliable transportation
