The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a BLVD Barback, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The BLVD Barback reports to the BLVD Restaurant General Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

BLVD Barback

To serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The level of service must be consistent with established "BLVD" standards in every respect as described in the Service Handbook, Bar Guidelines and Employee Manual

Responsibilities

• Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
• Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
• To ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are complete

To perform successfully, the BLVD Barback must not only have the qualifications and abilities to perform each of the essential functions of this position.

Hourly Rate: $21.25
