$300 Sign-On/Weekly Pay/Paid Training/Locally Owned Office

Right at Home is looking for Caregivers near the Mission Viejo area that have experience and excel at redirecting Seniors with Dementia to provide the care in the home. We are looking for someone able to work during the daytime, but the position has flexibility within that time.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) with sensitivity to cognitive challenges
• Support daily routines: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
• Offer consistent companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and ensure a safe physical environment
• Help manage behavioral changes with patience and professionalism
• Maintain detailed, accurate care notes and communicate changes to the care team
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and calm under pressure

Job Requirements

• A respectful and professional approach to senior care
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care, specifically with Dementia clients where you had to utilize memory care tactics
