Performance Foodservice is seeking a reliable CDL A Delivery Driver for our Night Shift within our Transportation & Logistics department, supporting our Food & Beverage Operations across the region. In this role, you will safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver a wide range of food and food-related products from our distribution facility to restaurants and foodservice customers on established nighttime routes. You will load and unload products using a liftgate, hand truck, or pallet jack, verify orders against delivery paperwork, and ensure products are handled accurately and with care to maintain quality and food safety standards. As a key face of Performance Foodservice, you will provide courteous, professional customer service at each stop, communicate delivery issues or product concerns, and work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and routing teams to resolve problems quickly and maintain on-time delivery performance. The night shift schedule requires dependable attendance, the ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperature-controlled environments, and the physical capability to lift, push, and pull cases and pallets throughout the shift. You will follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and driving procedures, including pre- and post-trip inspections, safe backing practices, and accurate electronic logkeeping. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and exceptional customer service, so you will collaborate with colleagues to improve route efficiency, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help keep our fleet and equipment in good working order by promptly reporting any maintenance issues. This position offers stable full-time employment, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within a leading national food distributor that serves both family-owned restaurants and large chains. If you are a safety-focused, customer-oriented CDL A driver who prefers working nights and wants to build a long-term career in foodservice distribution, we encourage you to apply and join the Performance Foodservice team.
