Clinical Assistant / Medical Scribe - Fairfax, VA | Full-Time
Monday-Friday Schedule | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

About the Role
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Who You Are
As a Clinical Assistant / Medical Scribe at Fairfax Radiology Centers, you are detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and committed to providing exceptional patient support. You thrive in a busy medical office environment and take pride in producing accurate, thorough documentation that supports clinical excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Gather and document information for patient visits in partnership with physicians
  • Accurately transcribe patient encounters, including visit details, referrals, and evaluation data
  • Support physicians and healthcare professionals by providing timely, precise documentation
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and assist in maintaining a clean, efficient clinical environment
  • Help ensure a positive, organized, and patient-centered experience throughout each visit
What You'll Bring
  • Prior medical office or health-related office experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in electronic medical records
  • Experience with medical terminology required
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple healthcare clinicians
  • College degree preferred
  • Prior experience as a Medical Scribe is a plus
