Overview City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry. We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections so you can focus on delivering your services. We partner with established independent contractors and service companies to provide commercial maintenance, restoration, or renovation services throughout South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Responsibilities • Perform post‑construction cleaning for commercial properties, including rough clean, final clean, and touch‑up clean as required. • Remove construction debris, dust, and finish surfaces, sweep and vacuum, clean windows, floors, and breakrooms. • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and facilities owners on tight timelines, daytime or after‑hours access, and large or multi‑phase environments. • Deliver detailed, inspection‑ready results under deadline and address punch‑list items. Requirements Proven experience in construction/post‑construction cleaning (required) Ability to handle project‑based, deadline‑driven work Skilled in detailed cleaning and finishing work Professional equipment: HEPA vacuums, ladders, detailing tools General liability insurance (required) Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable crew and transportation Strong communication and responsiveness Preferred Experience working alongside general contractors or project managers Ability to scale crews based on project size Experience with commercial office, medical, or industrial buildouts Independent Contractor Requirements Valid business license (if necessary) Worker’s compensation insurance General liability insurance Federal EIN Other verifiable business documents 18‑year‑old minimum Favorable background investigation results Cannot be a sole proprietor Benefits Consistent, recurring contracts—no hunting or bidding required Reliable, on‑time payments; we handle billing and collections Opportunity to scale revenue: access multiple accounts across territory Professional account management support from Facility Solution Managers 20 + additional service opportunities (floor care, porter services, consumables, specialty cleaning) Long‑term partnership model; many partners have scaled to six‑figure and multi‑crew businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr
