Job Description

Creative Event Producer (Luxury Events & Installations)

Los Angeles, CA

A design-driven event studio in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of high-end floral environments for weddings, social celebrations, and large-scale events.

Our work sits at the intersection of floral design, interior styling, and immersive installations, and we are known for pushing creative ideas forward rather than following trends.

This role works closely with the studio’s Owner & Creative Director and sits at the intersection of design, client experience, and event production.

We are looking for someone who combines strong visual sensibility with exceptional organizational ability and who can translate design ideas into beautifully executed events.

Responsibilities

Client & Event Management

• Manage floral event projects from proposal through installation and strike

• Communicate directly with clients and planners to refine creative direction and event details

• Maintain event timelines, budgets, and production schedules

• Ensure all project details are clearly documented and communicated internally

Creative Direction & Design Oversight

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret and implement design concepts

• Review and approve floral designs before they are presented to clients or installed

• Guide the design team when adjustments are needed to better align with client expectations

• Ensure final installations reflect the studio’s aesthetic standards and creative voice

Creative Leadership

• Inspire the design team to push ideas forward and think creatively

• Bring inspiration from fashion, interiors, architecture, art installations, and contemporary design

• Help ensure the studio’s work continues to set trends rather than follow them

• Maintain a strong visual perspective across all projects

Production Coordination

• Prepare detailed event production schedules and installation plans

• Coordinate with the floral design team, warehouse staff, and logistics team

• Track floral orders, rentals, and materials required for each event

On-Site Execution

• Lead event installations and breakdowns

• Direct freelance staff and support the design team on site

• Ensure final installations reflect the creative vision and standards of the studio

Design Sensibility

We are looking for someone who is visually curious and culturally engaged.

The right candidate draws inspiration from fashion, interiors, architecture, art installations, and contemporary design, and brings that perspective into event environments.

You should feel comfortable guiding a creative team, refining design details, and ensuring the final installation reflects both the client’s vision and the studio’s aesthetic standards.

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years experience in events, luxury hospitality, floral design, or creative production

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Strong personal sense of style and visual awareness

• Passion for fashion, interiors, architecture, art, and design inspiration

• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect naturally with clients

• Comfortable leading creative teams and giving direction

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Able to manage multiple events simultaneously

Skills

• Highly organized and detail driven

• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently

• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and long production days when events require it

• Ability to help refine and improve internal processes

Technical skills preferred:

• Excel

• Canva

• Google Workspace

• Dropbox

• Slack

• Experience with project management or operational systems

Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 – $105,000, depending on experience

Additional performance bonuses may be available based on event execution and profitability.

Location

Los Angeles, CA

Events primarily throughout Los Angeles with occasional travel.
