Electrical Foreman - Commercial Construction
Our ideal candidate will be local to Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING CREWS OF 5+ MEN ON COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH STRONGLY PREFERRED
Seeking an electrical foreman who has experience with commercial projects including but not limited to:
Office spaces, restaurants, medical (AHCA), multi family, hotel, banks and financial, schools, churches, etc.
Experience required: Directing a crew and taking new construction and remodel projects from start to finish as the lead electrician onsite daily.
Read, comprehend, and manage electrical drawings including lighting control shop drawings.
Read, comprehend, and manage electrical equipment submittals.
Coordinate with Architectural drawings.
Effectively coordinate with Project Manager RFI's, management of subcontractors, daily material orders, etc.
Ability to travel the throughout Florida is preferred but not required.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your role involves managing project schedules, supervising team members, and maintaining budgets. Your core skills in OSHA regulations and construction management software will be essential in executing projects efficiently. Additionally, your expertise in blueprint reading and quality control will ensure high standards of work.
