About The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this entry-level role, you’ll own our email marketing program end-to-end — building campaigns in Klaviyo, developing automated flows, segmenting audiences, and turning performance data into strategy. You’ll also contribute to broader digital marketing efforts, including social media and content. Key Responsibility - Email Marketing Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo, including promotional sends, automated flows, and A/B tests Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to improve relevance and deliverability Track and report on email KPIs — open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per send, and list health Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to continuously improve results Design on-brand email graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva May also support content creation efforts, including blog posts, graphics, and campaign assets as needed Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related field (internships and freelance work count) Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and segments Comfortable working with marketing analytics and translating data into clear reports Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with a distributed team Nice to Have Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Experience managing Instagram business accounts, including scheduling tools Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and blog optimization Basic video editing skills for Reels or short‑form content Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio of relevant work We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
