Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH Operations : Ensure kitchen efficiency, safety standards, and smooth daily operations.
• Lead and Train Culinary Team : Mentor and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
• Menu Innovation : Design and implement seasonal menus that celebrate authentic Mexican cuisine.
• Financial Management : Manage inventory, labor costs, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability.
• Quality Control : Maintain rigorous standards to ensure every dish exceeds expectations.
• Team Collaboration : Partner with Front of House (FOH) management to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience : 2+ years as an Executive Chef in authentic Mexican or similar cuisine.
• High-Volume Expertise : Proven success in operations generating $1.5M+ in annual sales.
• Passion for Culinary Craftsmanship : Driven to innovate and elevate team performance.
• Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
