By maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency, the Flow Back Technician contributes significantly to the successful evaluation and management of energy resources. Operate and maintain well testing equipment, including pressure gauges, temperature recorders, and sampling apparatus, to measure and record data during testing operations. Rig up and rig down well testing equipment before and after operations, ensuring safe and efficient setup and dismantling of all components. Monitor well performance and fluid properties, such as flow rates and pressure, adjusting equipment settings to optimize test results. Collect fluid samples from wells for analysis, ensuring samples are properly labeled, stored, and transported according to industry standards. Interpret test data to determine reservoir characteristics and performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations to engineers and other stakeholders. Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to minimize risks and respond to accidents or unexpected conditions during testing operations. Coordinate with other field personnel, including engineers and drilling teams, to ensure testing operations align with overall project objectives and schedules.
