We are looking for an Immigration Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our fast-paced legal operations team. We are seeking a meticulous, solution-oriented individual with a strong background in legal writing, specifically for O-1 and EB-1 visas. This person will be crucial in helping us manage a high volume of immigration cases, leveraging our AI-powered platform to streamline the preparation process. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of helping talented foreign nationals build the future in the United States.
What will you be doing?

Draft and compile employment-based visa petitions
Work with a lean team to optimize tech-led legal services
Contribute to the automation of legal document preparation processes

As an Immigration Specialist you'll prepare visa cases using their AI platform, work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams, and help improve the product. You'll handle high-volume work but with better tools - preparing 2-3 cases per day that used to take weeks.
