A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Houston, TX office.
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, PTO, and profit-sharing
Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys and case managers in preparing cases for trial, arbitration, and mediation. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents; managing and organizing case files and databases; reviewing documents for relevance and privilege; generating privilege logs; and summarizing depositions, medical, and employment records.
This role also involves communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors; coordinating witnesses; assisting with trial preparation; and mentoring junior staff as needed.
