Robert Half Legal is partnering with an AmLaw 100 law firm in Boca Raton to hire a Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid). This role supports a sophisticated group handling complex litigation matters. Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote), 1,500 billables, competitive base salary plus annual bonus.
Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery for attorney review
• Prepare correspondence with courts, clients, witnesses, and co-counsel
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings
• Maintain and organize case files for hearings and trial
• Handle Florida e-filing, e-service, and e-recording
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Litigation experience
• Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Associate's Degree
• Ability to meet a 1,500 annual billable requirement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
