Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain required loan documentation and process less complex applications.
• Order credit verifications and third-party services.
• Track and review legal documents for accuracy.
• Set up and monitor loan and financial ticklers for timely document receipt.
• Verify loan files for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on missing documentation and prepare documents for review.
• Schedule or coordinate loan closings and disbursements.
• Prepare compliance and accounting records as required.
• Assist customers with inquiries or problems.
• Monitor existing loans and maintain sufficient documentation.
• Prepare client communications on loan terms.
• Review property and liability insurance compliance.
• Work with attorneys and financial resources for accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
