Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and processing invoices related to marketing projects.
• Assist with mailing preparation and mailing of notices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
