Baldante & Rubenstein, P.C., a boutique law firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Haddonfield, NJ, focuses on sex abuse and personal injury litigation. The firm is seeking a marketing consultant to support its ongoing marketing and business development efforts on a contract basis (approximately 10 hours per week). This is an hourly position, with compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience, background, and credentials.
This role is primarily remote; however, the consultant will be expected to attend in-person meetings a few times per month to collaborate with attorneys and staff.
The ideal candidate for this position is a strong communicator and organized project manager with strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills. Given the nature of the law firm’s work, discretion and sensitivity to confidentiality are essential.
Key Skills Include:
● Project management with a willingness to follow-up with busy attorneys
● Ability to work independently and take initiative on new projects
● The ability to maintain and expand upon the firm’s brand identity
● Excellent writing skills for press releases, client alerts, and social media posts
● Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Photoshop preferred)
● Basic website editing knowledge–the ability to create and edit bios and maintain the firm’s website with an external vendor (WordPress preferred)
● Digital marketing experience–with Google AdWords and has run ads and campaigns on Meta
● Social media experience–experience working with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook required
● Public relations experience–working with both national and local news outlets
● Legal awards and submissions experience (Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, etc.)
● Business development coaching experience or the ability to work with and track attorneys’ marketing endeavors
