• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast material needs.
• Manage a team of material handlers and provide training and support as needed.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and report on material usage.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in material management or inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
