A successful MTA Superintendent should have: proven experience in construction management within the property industry; strong knowledge of MTA regulations and safety standards; excellent leadership and team management skills; effective communication and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in project management tools and software; ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
