Part-Time Veterinary Assistant (20 hours/week)

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ year of veterinary assistant experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of animal handling, restraint, and patient care
• Ability to assist with lab work, sample collection, and general nursing care
• A dependable and adaptable team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Support patient care including restraint, intake, and monitoring
• Help with diagnostics such as collecting samples and running basic lab work
• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment
• Provide excellent client service and clear communication
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule:

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling; may include some evenings or Saturdays
