About the Position

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a long-standing, physician-owned, multi-specialty group in Salt Lake City, Utah, in recruiting a Gastroenterologist to join its growing GI team.

Opportunity Details:

• Physician-owned and physician-led group with more than 75 years of history in the community
• Flexible opportunity supporting both general and advanced GI interests
• Schedule flexibility - clinic/procedure days broken up as desired
• ERCP skills welcomed; EUS available with mentorship and succession planning opportunities
• Traditional inpatient/outpatient practice model with procedures performed in the ASC/Endo Center and hospital setting
• Established referral base from 200+ providers across a large multi-specialty network
• Work across multiple respected health systems, including Intermountain Health, CommonSpirit, and HCA.
• Physicians maintain autonomy over staffing, clinic space, and scheduling decisions
• Shared services provided for HR, marketing, IT, accounting, and front office support to reduce administrative burden
• Dedicated MA support provided during the first year
• No non-compete agreement
• GI team highly involved in recruitment and onboarding process

Financials:

• Year 1 income guarantee supported in part by the hospital system, allowing time to build your practice
• Transition to a collections-based "eat what you kill" production model with strong long-term earning potential (Most hit production in year 1!)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Partnership/shareholder track available after two years
• Board-led organization governed by practicing physicians
