Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a
Production/Assembly Associate to assist a manufacturer and provider of CNC routers, and machines in Perrysburg, OH. As a Production/Assembly Associate, you'll fill assembly line stations with parts, complete assigned assemblies, and maintain the assemblies with less than 1% defects. We need a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $18- $19/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm
Production/Assembly Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up assembly lines with parts
- Complete assigned assemblies within a timeframe
- Follow best building practice as outlined by supervisor
- Maintain assemblies with less than 1% defects
- Rotate between stations as directed by supervisor
Technical Support Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and solid mechanical aptitude.
- High attention to detail and capable of performing well under pressure.
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Previous assembly experience
- Able to use simple shop tools such as drills, wrenches, hammers, etc.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
