Assess program risk analysis. Track program progress and ensure on‑time completion of major production milestone activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across various disciplines who support a global production effort to make deployment of the radars successful. Master knowledge of design, development, integration, and test processes for the program. Execute a strategic focus to meet delivery commitments, exceed customer satisfaction, and achieve growth plans. Communicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior management, customers, and major subcontractors. Identify and address program challenges, developing solutions such as resource allocation or changes to contractual specifications. Influence and negotiate elements with customers to achieve enterprise commitments while improving customer satisfaction. Establish high-level customer relationships to foster long‑term collaboration. Travel approximately 25%, both domestic and international. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Prior experience in Program Management. Experience with business and project management tools and procedures. Domain experience in aviation and/or production. Prior experience in Air Traffic Control radars. Highly organized, effective leader, communicator, decision maker, and ability to inspire teams to meet production targets.
