Position Summary:
The Radiology Manager will manage and coordinate the technical and clerical processes of the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Will assure daily staffing, provision of patient care services, quality and timely studies, and coordination of care with other departments. Will interact with Radiologists. Will supervise all department personnel. With input from the Medical Director, will make recommendations for equipment purchases and department policies. Is responsible for department performance improvement processes.
Qualifications:
Requires completed AMA approved course of training in Radiologic Technology. Must have five years experience as a CRT and two to three years management or supervisory experience in Radiology. Prefer specialty training with experience in multiple modalities. Requires current State of California Radiology Technologist License (CRT)
