Candidate needs to be flexible to include some production support as required. Candidate will be providing focused support to a subset of the department's development activities. Experience with system startup, Operating System interaction, boot options, and parameters on Client DL380 G6/G7/Gen8 class server hardware is a plus. Clear communication skills with the ability to document and track details is required. The ability to appropriately escalate and refer tickets to additional support personnel is also necessary.
