You will be placed at one of our Tampa-area locations (Lakeland, South Tampa, or North Tampa/Carrollwood) based on business needs. From there, your path looks like: MIT → Manager → Service Manager (SM) or Kitchen Manager (KM) → Assistant General Manager (AGM) → General Manager (GM) At 4 Rivers, growth is performance-driven, not time-based.
