Job Description

Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to support automation initiatives within our Operations group. This role will be responsible for maintaining and advancing high-volume robotic process automations.
Day in the Life
  • Support and enhance RPA solutions across the business unit.
  • Collaborate closely with the RPA Lead responsible for automation processes.
  • Work heavily with the Encompass API , including analyzing endpoints, using Postman, and performing API-driven automation development.
  • Ensure operational stability by monitoring and maintaining existing bots.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure automation reliability and accuracy.
  • Contribute to ongoing modernization efforts leveraging Python and AI-based automation .
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools.
  • Perform API development and integration tasks, particularly within the Encompass ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automations.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Provide strong testing and validation support for new and updated automations.
  • Assist in evolving the automation tech stack toward Pythonbased and AIdriven processes.

Required Skills & Technologies (Must-Haves)
  • RPA development experience
  • Strong API development skills and experience working with API tools such as Postman .
  • Solid Python programming skills.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code , Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-enhanced development tools.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining bots in production environments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience with PowerShell .
  • Working knowledge of SQL .
