Screen Printer (Production) - 1st Shift Available

Pay: $21+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time Temp-to-Hire | Monday - Friday


Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and automatic screen printing presses
• Ensure colors match approved standards and inspect products during production
• Maintain consistent quality throughout production runs
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on equipment
• Complete production documentation, including job travelers and reports
• Follow safety, quality, and ISO guidelines at all times
• Identify quality issues and stop production if needed
• Support team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of screen printing or related production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
• Good understanding of color, design, and print quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
