We are currently seeking a full‑time Press Operator to join our apparel screen printing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, efficient, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast‑paced, expanding operation. Experience with ROQ or M&R automatic presses is required. Key Responsibilities Review work orders to understand design placement, specifications, and color requirements Obtain supervisor approval prior to production runs Set up and rip out press jobs Operate automatic press while maintaining optimal production speed and print quality Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper registration and color consistency Troubleshoot issues during production and collaborate with supervisors to resolve them Ensure finished products meet customer expectations and quality standards Maintain cleanliness of press, workstation, and surrounding areas Assist in maintaining overall shop cleanliness and organization Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience operating an automatic screen printing press Hands‑on experience with ROQ or M&R automatic presses Strong attention to detail throughout all stages of production Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Team‑oriented mindset Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Reliable transportation required Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed Schedule & Work Hours Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons Occasional Saturday shifts during summer and fall Expected workload: Winter–Spring: ~40 hours/week Summer–Fall: 40–60 hours/week Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages based on experience Health insurance benefits available after a 90‑day probationary period Holiday, vacation and sick pay available after a 90‑day probationary period 401k available after a 1‑year period #J-18808-Ljbffr
