About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing eDiscovery for complex litigation and investigations, with the ability to provide expert advice on discovery strategy, information governance, and data privacy issues. This role requires close collaboration with client teams, co-counsel, and experts, as well as the contribution to thought leadership initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engagements, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment. Strong legal research and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work with minimal oversight are essential. Applicants for the Senior eDiscovery Counsel position at the company should possess a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, be admitted to a U.S. bar, and have significant law firm experience. The role demands a candidate with excellent judgment, the ability to handle a range of clients, and a proven track record of thought leadership in relevant practice areas. Strong technical, client management, and project leadership skills are required, as is the ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The candidate must be technology-adept, with excellent computer skills, and be willing to travel as needed.
