With multiple manufacturing plants and a stable leadership team, they are entering a critical phase of capital upgrades and are building out a dedicated project leadership function to support this growth.
Job Description - Lead endtoend delivery of largescale designbuild CAPEX projects across manufacturing facilities
- Manage capital improvement initiatives from concept, budgeting and design through construction and closeout
- Oversee a mix of general contractors and selfperformed work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost control
- Act as the owner's representative, coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors
- Support projects involving historic preservation and restoration within an active industrial environment
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes and change orders
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and report directly to the Head of Projects (Rob)
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards at all sites

The Successful Applicant - Approximately 15+ years of experience delivering capital projects in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in designbuild construction, ideally within operating plants
- Experience with historic preservation or restoration projects is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage complex CAPEX programmes and multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable being onsite and handson with contractors and field teams
- Strong leadership, communication and problemsolving skills
- Able to commute daily to Walpole, MA, with flexibility to travel to other facilities as required
What's on Offer - Base salary: $120,000-$160,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus eligible: ~10%
