We are looking for Visual Designers to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums. You Are a Good Fit If You Have over 1+ years of professional experience in graphic or UI design Have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field. Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics. Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding. Proficiency with creative coding tools - including but not limited to HTML/CSS, Processing, and three.js. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Have strong attention to details. Role Start Date This role will begin in late December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Key Responsibilities The project is 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours based on performance. You will work asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines. You will craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models. Interview Process You will complete a short AI interview about your creative process. Following the interview will be a short portfolio review and writing assessment. Contract and Payment Terms You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
