Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details Requirements:
- 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed)
- Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings
- Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus
- Strong analytical writing and client communication skills
- Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain)
