What You’ll DoAs a Childcare Worker, you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and development of the children in our program. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and ensuring the safety of children in your care. - Engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity. - Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal care. - Fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued. - Communicating effectively with parents and team members to support each child’s needs.
