The Role

We are currently looking for an energetic, hands-on, and motivated designer to join the CreativeTeamasa Graphic Designer focused on bringing our event spaces to life!This position will be involved in creating high-quality visual assets to supporttheOperationsDepartment withon-sitegraphics for events such as the Kentucky Derby, NBA,Formula 1,NHL , and more!

Candidates should also havepreviousexperience designinglarge-scalespaces for capacitiesup to1,000 people per venue.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in creating graphics for venue spaces bycollaborating withtheoperations team on the vision and brand essence of the space.

• See through creative projects for each event from start to finish ensuring it meets brand guidelines as well as creating an exciting space for our customers.

• Creating designsfor a variety of elements including but not limited to table graphics, wall panels, window wraps, menu designs, credentials, signage, guest ticket packaging, lanyards and supporting projectsall while adhering to brand guidelines

• Review floorplans/photos to ensure the space is cohesive, exciting, and appealing

• Working independently and/or with the team on a variety of projectssimultaneously

• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently

• Ability to adhere fully to multiple brand guidelines

• Some motion graphicsandanimation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a Graphic Designer Role

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier & After Effects

• Strong print background

• Ability to work directly with print vendors

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all whilemaintaininga high quality of work

• Resourceful, innovative, creative, and flexible

• Organized,accurateand deadline-oriented

• Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues

• Strong communicationskills

• Strong desireto learn and further develop your skills

• Killer portfolio thatshowcasesyourexpertise

• Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles

• Self-motivated and able to contribute fresh ideas
