Job Description We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Floater. We are commercial cleaners looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you're ready to grab a buffer and help us out.
- Detail-oriented, flexible
- Maintaining a sanitary environment in compliance with OSHA's standards on Bloodborne
Pathogens (29 CFR 1910.1030 ), including proper disposal of regulated waste, - Adhering to CDC, EPA, and OSHA guidelines related to routine disinfection for COVID-19 and
other infectious diseases - Fill in for absent general cleaners at all job sites
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, floor buffing, etc.
- Perform technical cleaning jobs including high-speed burnishing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
- Must be flexible enough to perform multiple tasks at all job sites unaided
- Document and report supply inventory as needed
- Document and report staff activity as needed
- Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment.
- Must maintain an overall clean appearance on all equipment and supplies
- Drive company van to each job site
- Use leadership skills to supervise job sites, staff, and job completion
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and with great quality
- Available to work night shift and weekends as well as various hours as needed depending on work schedule.
- Valid NC driver's license is REQUIRED .

Schedule - Sunday and Tuesday: 2pm - 10pm
Wednesday: 4pm - 12am
Thursday-Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm - Flexibility with Schedule Needs
- Weekend Schedule ( Must be available to work weekends )
- 20-35 hours a week
