This position offers a base hourly range of $17.66 - $29.43 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW

Lead the effort of performing all manual and clerical warehousing duties in the Maintenance and Operations central storage area for both the Distribution Center and SBK. This includes quoting, ordering, receiving, put away, distribution, and invoice reconciliation for spare parts, maintenance supplies, and certain sanitation supplies. This person will also lead inventory management efforts for these items.


RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Contact vendors for quotes and service pertaining to spare parts and supplies, and organize multiple quotes into bid packages.
2. Place orders for spare parts and supplies via phone, email, and/or internet.
3. Manage inventory levels for spare parts and supplies, as well as recommend minimum inventory levels and reorder points.
4. Receive spare points and supplies, reconcile with receiving and order records, and distribute accordingly.
5. Document all inventory movement in the Maintenance database as well as assist in the organization and upkeep of the Maintenance database.
6. Communicate status of orders and quotes, and take direction on ordering needs from Industrial Engineer, both Maintenance Supervisors, as well as Maintenance Technicians.
7. Distribute reports as requested from Maintenance databases.
8. Travel to area vendors and stores for maintenance errands.
9. Manage Material Safety Data Sheetz and production floor communication of new and existing MSDS forms.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High school diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• 1 year of clerical experience involving internet, email, database, and phone call tasks required
• 1 year in purchasing or procurement of any sort of product preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Sheetz forklift certification upon hire
